Premium Surface polishing heads for polishing granite, marble engineered stone and ultra compact materials

Start with a mix of Metal segment heads to make slab flat then finish off with resin heads to get the perfect finish.

When you set up to surface polish with this system you will need a Magnetic Holder 29.117.32 which you bolt to your Surface polishing machine head.

Then you will need a mix of metal segment heads and resin head dependant on the polish you wish to create.

Each polishing head will require a magnetic plate 29.117.31 which you screw to the back of the polishing plates. If you re-purchase a polishing plate you can re-use the original magnetic plate.

You can also adapt this system for use on a CNC Machine by screwing a 1/2" Gas AZT0566A adaptor or use a 35mm Bore adaptor AZT1218A to the Magnetic Holder 29.117.32. The Magnetic Holder comes ready prepared with flange fitting holes to accept these adaptors.
