Continuous Improvement at Stonegate
Stonegate announce new next day delivery cut off times to their customers.
Listening to customer’s feedback and acting on it is key to ensuring you remain the UKs most trusted provider of specialist products and knowledge to stone fabricators. This is why Stonegate have made an extra effort to reach out to their customers to gain their honest opinions on how they could improve their service.
Thankfully the response was overwhelming positive, however one key improvement identified was to extend their next-day delivery cut-off time to make it even easier to do business with them.
Stonegate’s Senior Director, Graham Hazell was very pleased to be able to make this change and offer this new time for the company’s loyal customers, making the following announcement this week.
‘Our team have worked hard with our shipping partners and we can now offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 4pm.’
Operations manager Alan Pollard played a key role in securing this new cut off time and had this to say on the change.
“We’re really excited about extending our order cut off time, this will enhance the service even further that we provide to our customers while taking Stonegate to the next level”
Stonegate has extended its order cut off time to 4pm, from its previous 3pm deadline, which gives you even more versatility in dealing with your number one tooling supplier and giving you assurance that they are here for their customers.
European Region Territory Manager Clayton Worsley is excited about what this could mean for potential new customers too. ‘Hearing the feedback from our existing customers has allowed us to understand what is really important to stone fabricators everywhere. I am hopeful that our new cut off time will ensure our existing and potential customers know how committed Stonegate are to excellent customer satisfaction, giving new customers the confidence to come on board with us.’
The new time comes into play from the 14th January 2019, kicking off the New Year in the right direction for the Stonegate team, who have always prided themselves on putting their customers experience with them as a priority.
